About the Event
Many of us often race full tilt through our days. There seems to be a constant uptick in the pace we are required to work at, and the pressures we face managing our everyday lives. This culture can quickly lead to an increase in levels of stress that can adversely impact our well-being and our effectiveness. Thankfully there are some tools that can help, and mindfulness is one of them. Tapping into mindfulness practices can help you reduce your stress and move you towards being healthier, more productive, and, yes, even happier. During this webinar, we’ll talk a little bit about how stress affects us and how mindfulness, positive psychology and other strategies can help. The aim of this session is to give you fresh ideas to help you understand your stress and build resilience to reduce its impact on your life.
