Relationship Building: How to Have a Renovation Conversation
Tuesday, May 10, 2016
12:00 pm - 01:00 pm
Webinar with Samantha Sutton
Career Counselor and PhD
In this session, career coach and MIT PhD Samantha Sutton will challenge participants to perform an honest evaluation of their relationships, and teach how to greatly improve troublesome ones. Participants learn the tools to resolve issues with grace and to build strong partnerships no matter how “quirky” the other person may seem. Participants then practice their skills via individual reflection, and will have 20 minutes for live questions at the conclusion of the session.
You will leave the seminar with:
- The ability to articulate what is important to you in a relationship.
- A clear understanding of the steps you can take to improve the relationship.
- A method for having “renovation conversations” to build relationships.
- A set of tangible tools to shift your relationships to be a source of pride.
